Cacti help

User

A small cactus of mine (unsure of type) has recently developed some white stuff right at the top, I cleaned it off today and i couldn't see anything that look like mealy bugs but it was quite hard to see as it's flowering at the moment (again!).

When i repotted it I did discovered some fruiting bodies around the base and roots which I removed, could this be more fungi? The cactus itself is also slightly yellow/red around the base with small black pin-prick dots. But is very firm, I am pretty certain it's not rotting.

Annoyingly I can't post a picture at the moment as my phone is broken, but i'll add one this evening when I can borrow someones phone.

This is an old picture of it flowering.
