Healing Aloe is lovely. I have it I one of my rooms. Very light. Palladium Blue might be too bright for you. Don't be afraid of a dark color in a small windowless room. I have a dark navy in my 6x6 powder room and it looks great.

I have Yarmouth Blue, and it's definitely a little bit stronger (though still light). Other colors I sample at the time were Wedgewood Gray, Palladium Blue, and Whythe Blue.

I have bm guilford green in the bedrooms and iceberg in the bathroom, which is small and windowless. The iceberg is my favorite aqua. Neither of these are pale, but you could look at what colors are adjacent to them on the sample strips. Palest pistachio is the pale version of iceberg, then it goes to snow white.

I don't know if pale green would read well, but pale blue would be fine, I think. Green tends to go khaki. I think green needs a reasonable amount of pigment.

Lighting makes a huge difference too. Since you are windowless, you have full control over lighting. This will change the perceived color of your paint. I use ge reveal light bulbs (incandescent 100w which are no longer sold) in my bathroom. I don't know if I would like the iceberg in natural light - it goes more brown. First decide if you have blue light, white light or yellow light (color temperature). Yellow light may not look too good with blues and greens. I hate yellow light, but most people love it. The brightness of the light also affects the color. Anything pale will be heavily influenced by lighting, both the bulbs and the fixtures/shades.

You could do yellow with blue accents in the laundry room and blue in the powder room. I love blue in bathrooms because it reminds me of water.

Honestly, though, for a windowless laundry room, I'd use a pale yellow. It will be bright and energetic.

BM Palest Pistachio for a very light blue green. My laundry room is BM Man on the Moon, which is a pale yellow. I'm happy with that color. It's cheerful without being overly bright.

This is a SW color, Halcyon Green, but it is similar to BM Wythe Blue. It is more green than blue. BM Wythe Blue is more blue than green. On that strip are also really good colors, Quietude and Rainwashed.

I just bought BM Fresh Dew, its a very pale mint green. Also nice is BM Mint Chocolate Chip, which is slightly darker but still very light. I wanted green in the bedroom, but keeping the room very light and bright, as it gets morning sun only. I chose Fresh Dew as I wanted just a slight wash of green, that wasn't too yellow or blue. Haven't painted the room yet though.

I also have Quiet Moments and Beach Glass, next on the BM strip after Healing Aloe, in my home. SW light blue-green colors I love are Sea Salt and Rainwashed.

As I knew would be the case you all are a wealth of great ideas for me. I will copy all of this and check out these colors. The powder room is a blank slate with white fixtures and wood floor. The laundry has a small amount of counter and tile floor that I'll have to pay attention to.

Unfortunately anything yellow/gold/orange is not on my list of favorite colors. I always prefer blue/green shades. The room with the blue and yellow is really cute though! I would like that if I had a white, cottage-y kind of house.

I will check out SW also. There is a SW store right by my house and the BM is not so close. I've always used BM but I suppose I could switch.

I vote for Quiet Moments if you want a grey/blue/green color. It's a beautiful calming color. Here it is in our guest room:

Palladian Blue is also a beautiful color and is similar to QM but it has less grey and more green. Here it is in my DD's room - the window photo shows the color best:

My entire house is done in BM Quiet Moments, and I had it mixed at 50% of the standard formula because I wanted something that would read very light-it does and I love the shade.
