Dunstan Chestnut pollination

I planted a 5ft Dunstan Chestnut in part sun a few days ago. I didn't plant a second because I see within the surround half mile of my house that two or three people have what looks like a Chinese or hybrid chinese chestnut.

Considering there are only a few trees in the area and they are not Dunstans, what do you think are the chances that I'll get nuts on my tree from wind pollination?

I don't have room to plant a second one!

I'm in zone 6B, north jersey.
