Cracked Concrete Slab in Outbuilding

We purchased a home with a one and a half story 15X15 out building that I use as an art studio/craft room. I've put some work and a little $ into it to make it comfy and add curb appeal. Problem is, the original building was a wood shed that the previous owner added a loft and windows, etc. to. Now the slab is cracked diagonally from back to front and I am concerned that the slab was much too thin for the weight of this building. There are no footings under the slab to support the walls. Is there anything that can be done to reinforce the slab to support the load?
