Canning hot sauce

Looking for a suitable mango hot sauce to either pressure or water bath, and I'm having trouble finding a recipe to work with that is "canning safe". They all seem to be freeze or refrigerate only.

Does this seem to be something that could work?

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 orange bell pepper, minced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 habanero peppers, including seeds!
  • 2 cups mango fruit, chopped
  • ¾ cup vinegar
  • ¼ cup honey
