All tile is ceramic, but all ceramic isn't porcelain. Porcelain is simply fired at a higher temperature, making it stronger. Actually either one is fine for flooring. Impossible to give a price with the info we have. Is the house on slab or post & beam.? If the latter, you may require strengthening the floor with additional plywood, how easy will it be to remove the vinyl you have now? If slab, how flat is it? Does it require work to obtain a proper surface, etc? Geographic area plays a part also on pricing. Kinda like saying, "I want some work done on my car...how much will it cost?"

Thanks IVPools. I am thinking of using Kieserite, also known as MaxxStripp. It has a hardness between soda and glass, and seems to be the best for the amount of calcium build up that I have. I have a pressure washer and saw a guy on YT using his pressure washer with a siphon nozzle that was threaded onto the end of his wand. this is what siphoned the media into the washer wand. Also, where does an average Joe purchase Kieserite, MaxxStripp in small quantities, like maybe 200 pounds?

It's not likely you'll be able to find an exact match. You could try finding a tile with similar colors at a tile store, then buying exactly one sample tile from the manufacturer to carry around with you. Another option is to take photos of the tile with a small index card piece of white paper to help the camera color balance. If those two ideas don't work for you, consider buying a fan deck from your favorite paint store. It will have a vast number of beiges and tans.
