fixing/touching up white cabinets
Comments (1)obviously try to find out what paint the cabinet maker used. He may also touch up the cabinets for you if you ask. You can also take off one of the cabinet doors and take it to a reputable paint store and they can do a decent job of matching paint colors and styles. Then you can sand lightly where the chip is, use a primer to touch up where needed and then touch up with the newly created paint. Not much you can do about preventing any more chips other than just being careful....See MoreHas anyone seen/owned this West Elm "bone" coffee table?

Comments (5)The same thing happened to my custom kitchen cabinets. The trash pull was the worst, chipped all over. It’s been 6 months and not a scratch to be found, and we’re pretty hard on them. My thoughts are that painting them with a brush is never going to look right, even if you somehow found the exact same paint which is next to impossible because paints and painted surfaces change over time and with use. Painted cabinets by nature are prone to chipping but if they’re done correctly (according to my contractor) it should be minimal....See MoreHU-483837542143
