This could be Smyrnium olustratum, Alexanders, extremely common on coasts in the UK. The colour is a little different from the norm but that might be a function of your picture and being grown indoors. When it flowers the blooms will be yellowish green. If they are white it is not Alexanders. The other possibility is Oenanthe crocata, Hemlock Water Dropwort. The name says it all. This is probably the most toxic plant in Britain. Yes, they will fruit this year. They are really good value - I grew a few plants last year and have had my own grown dried Chillies all Winter from a few plants. They are way easier than tomatoes. I always grow mine from seed. These aren't Chillies, they're Hungarian Wax peppers from seed. As you can see by the Hoya in the background they are perfectly happy growing in my porch.
