Comments (11)kathy..we got ferry winkle from a neighbor..they didnt let her out of her cage to run around the house..they were worried she would get stuck behind something..we let her out atleast 2 times a day to play..luna i like what u said about the areas we create just for our pets in the garden!! they definately act like they own those areas lol. i have a black cat who sits with me in the swing when im reading or just relaxing..in the shady part of the yard.. kathy...See MoreWho wants to share (fur)baby pictures?

Comments (47)So sorry for your loss. McKenzie was a beautiful girl -- such a sweet face. You gave her a wonderful life for many years and a loving path across the rainbow bridge. Several years ago when we had to help our old girl across. Fifteen years earlier we had found her starving in the woods and she was around 2 when we rescued her. We did it at the vets, but we were able to pet her and feed her ham and cheese as the pain medicine took effect and she went to sleep. She had been so arthritic that just seeing her body relax like it hadn't in months gave me the peace I needed to know we were doing the right thing.
