bengardening...lol. I hadn't noticed that 'thumbnail' look. It wouldn't turn it's head toward the camera for me, so DH came along, broke off it's perch and handed it to me. It has been several years since I have seen one and I spend a huge amount of time 'touring' my yard.

You go cool weather and I will go warm (picture taken in late October). In the bay of Grand Case, St. Martin (French side). Hotels in the back make me believe that this might be an excursion boat. Jim

Jim and Glenda's photos remind me of a kayaking trip I took to Mallows Bay along the Potomac River south of DC, where the remains of hundreds of ships lie just below the water line, emerging at low tide. There is one large steel wreck, shown here, and many other older vessels that are mostly reduced to wooden pieces and rusty bits. An aerial view shows the outlines of where the ships were.
