That was the first time I took anything to a drycleaner in many years, so yes, I should have been on guard and clear about the folding - I just expected it, and not all those criss-cross creases. Next time. The cleaner is the only drycleaner in my small town, and items are actually farmed out to a nearby city by the local laundromat. Anyway, I went ahead and ordered the longest tab top in the same fabric, and will hem them or have them hemmed (before they are sold out too!) I'm afraid to scrub at the stain too much because the fabric lays nice and smooth so I don't want to make it "fuzzy." Best, suesan

Try a paste of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda and let set 20 minutes. It may take multiple applications. Hydrogen peroxide turns to water after exposure to air about 20 minutes. Wiping tub/shower after each use with squeegie or chamois will tend to keep surfaces dry and minimize mineral deposits and mold/mildew. Leaving shower curtain/door open will improve ventilation into the tub/shower area. Keeping surfaces clean and dry will minimize mold/mildew as will improving bathroom ventilation. Run vent/fan for 30 minutes after bathing to help remove moisture from the air in the bathroom.

it depends on your concrete. every job is unique, so we have no idea how easy or difficult it will be to remove the thinset, plus the amount of residue that may be left. It also depends how thorough the person(s) is/are who are doing the work and their degree of expertise in this area. Anotehr consideration is the type of setting bed and type of thiset used (mubbed or thinset, polymer/latex fortified or unfortified regular thinset). it also depends on your expectations of overall looks as well. if it was sealed concrete then you have a much better chance of being satisfied with the outcome because the thinset may come up easier than it would on unfinished and/ot rough concrete.

I just had to use a steamer to get the wallpaper off because the people who hung the wallpaper didn't size. The guy at the paint store recommended putting an oil based stain blocker on the walls then painting w a latex paint...I guess based on brushworks comment it's a little late for this. :((((((
