Will putting screws in galvanized iron allow rust

I am planning a galvanized iron rail for my deck. I would like to put led tape under the top rail. To do this I'd have to screw the led channel into the top rail.

Of course, the reason to use galvanized iron is because it won't rust. So I'm wondering if putting screws into the rail will make the rail more likely to rust where it's been penetrated by screws. And if so, is there anything I can do to prevent rust at the penetration points? Perhaps galvanized screws?

Slightly off topic question, so perhaps I should start another thread for it. But I have read that some metals will corrode if they are placed together. The aluminum channel is made of anodized aluminum. Any harm in putting iron and aluminum together?
