Comments (4)Hi Good luck with the digging up About the only thing I've found that will stop them is a hard freeze but even that's temporary They come in a couple of shades of purple ,pink, white, and one with a star much like a petunia . Usually called :mexican petunias" around here They also come in several mature heights from under a foot to over 4 feet. Always marked ruellia but obviously different species or at least hybrids If you find a method of control please share ??
