Low profile diffuse warm track lighting fixtures

We have a dining area in the middle of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area that is too dark and not well lit. The ceilings are just under 8ft and we can't go into them they are concrete). There is a glass wall and a wall of mirrors on two sides of the space, and the other two sides are open to the kitchen and living room. So we can't aim lighting at any walls.

I'm looking for a track lighting fixture that will put out warm diffuse light, and that won't hang too low. I just want to light the space evenly so that it no longer feels like a black hole. I've spent hours looking through options, but most options seem to be spotlights or pendants, which won't work for us. I was hoping that some of you might have some recommendations for particular fixtures that we might consider?

Thanks for taking the time to read my post!
