Yellow and brown spots on tomato leaves. Bacterial spot/speck?

I'm in Los Angeles and let a Carmello tomato over winter. Good news is I had tomatoes starting in February. However, there were spider mites over the winter which I knocked out with neem oil and now there's what appears to be bacterial speck or spot. Most inner leaves are dead. New growth is rapid. Lots of fruit on the plant. Many leaves have yellow areas with brown spots in the middle.

Can anyone confirm what this is? I don't want it to spread to the new tomato seedlings I recently planted.

thanks in advance
