Curvy Chinese Pistache

I bought an approx. 7 ft tall Chinese Pistache tree from a very reputable nursery out of town last fall. I ordered it over the phone, and they chose one for me and came to my house to plant it. When it was delivered, I thought it looked rather gangly and curvy (the trunk and branches), but I had read these trees look odd when young, so I didn't think much of it. Now that Spring is here and there is new growth on the tree, it looks like it is staying curvy, and it's got me nervous. I don't have it staked. Anyone know much about these trees? Will it fill in and straighten out on it's own?

(Please overlook the car- it's a project of my husband's. )
