Asian pears have to be cross pollinated so you never know what you'll get if you grow them from seed...

Your tree look very nicely shaped. I am going to guess that spider mites are attacking your tree. You can use a spray nozzle set on jet to spay the whole tree to blast them off. It would be safe to use a systemic insecticide on your tree since it will no produce any fruit for years. I too have seed grown citrus (sweetlee tangerine) trees. Thank you party_music. I do not think they are in want of water, I was actually afraid I was overwatering them. I've been watering them well at least once a week, sometimes more. The soil never really dries out. I planted them in "regular" potting mix (I do not recall any specifics, but I don't think it was anything fancy or special). I had the same thought about nitrogen which is why I fertilized them. At this point I think not allowing them to go dormant was my main mistake. Incase they live (or if I try this again) how do I "harden them off"? I live in Northern Nevada (at the base of the Sierra near Lake Tahoe) so it does get quite cold in the winter. That's the main reason I kept them indoors, but I now realize that may have been a mistake.

Matthias, that's awesome! Thanks for the pic, they look so good! I can't wait to get these peach trees to that point. When you say thinning you mean the fruit? If so should they be a certain distance between the fruit? The red leaf peach was from a neighbor's dwarf peach tree. Was walking the neighborhood with my Wife and daughter and there was a rotting peach on the sidewalk and we picked it up, it was pretty far gone with some bugs in it but the seed was intact. I put it in the fridge in a tupperware container and moist paper towel with the other seeds and it germinated. It's sad they have two dwarf red peach trees and one is vined over getting choked with other bushes around it all crowding it out, they are not the original owners so they could care less for the trees. I suspect they won't last long.
