Ypw ypc in outlook junk, MS 8.1, Outlook365.

In my junk mail I get these two combinations. Well, there are two dots over each y; the p is not quite as small and the vertical line is extended.

It appears every day. I researched it and found nothing. Does this mean anything to anybody?

Well, I don't use Outlook but if you want a stab in the dark then here it is:

Possibility #1: Your Outlook is currently configured to display something other than standard English with a US-type character set.

Possibility #2: The sender of these messages is using a non-standard/non-English keyboard with the result that the messages you receive contain characters that your current Outlook setup is not configured to display properly.

If it really is junk mail & Outlook is otherwise working the way you want it to, then I would change nothing and wouldn't worry about it. OTOH, if you plan to begin corresponding with someone in East Timbuktu or North Mongolia then you'll have to keep looking for help.

azinoh, those are good answers I never thought of. I keep blocking them and they come back. Thank you for answering. I always take your wisdom to heart and PC.
