What color would you paint the shutters and front door?
Comments (5)For a more modern, fresh look, I would remove all of your shutters. They do not fit the style of your windows. I would also replace your front door with a mid century style door. It, painted a bright, bold color...a bright lime green, or teal blue, for example...might add that color that you are looking for. A new, larger modern exterior light and big, bold modern address numbers would help, too. And perhaps a modern bench for your porch, or modern tall planters would enhance the space. In the future you might consider painting all of your white siding and windows a dark, deep gray. Then your bright door would really stand out. Good luck and have fun with you lovely Home!...See MoreNeed help choosing front door and shutter color

Comments (16)I think shutters are done well, except for the double window ones, but they are visual overload on your home, which already has a busy brick pattern and lots of architectural elements. I would paint the dormer sides to match the fronts. The porch seems awfully dark. Will the HOA let you paint the ceiling there "Haint Blue? It's a traditional color for outdoor ceilings; they might allow it....See MoreI need help choosing a roof color, shutter color, new door style
Comments (6)Remove the shutters they actually detract form the windows the house is such a mish mash of styles i would keep the front door a simple one painted the same as the house that entry has so much going on no need for anything else.IMO the front porch is all wrong for the house and I would remove it and replace the doors with a large window to make it look like it was never a porch.Sorry but the architect that designed this house should get another job....See Moretibbrix
