The right white

Can anyone recommend a white paint color for my apartment? Want all the walls the same color, as except for the bedroom room and bathrooms, there are no doors. Nine-foot ceilings. All rooms have southern exposure; one room has has southern and eastern. I'm on the first floor (well, 1 1/2), and there are bushes in front of my apartment. So unless I open the blinds, it's kind of dark. Even with them open, it's not a bright space. Currently I have BM Simply White walls (matte) with Super White trim (semigloss) and White ceilings (flat). Maybe because the paint been up for about 3 years, but the Simply White reads very warm. It's an old Tudor building (from 1929), and my decorating style is eclectic, but I have a lot of Spanish furniture (light wood). Some decorating sites say that with a darkish apartment to look for a "pure white." Can anyone recommend whites (for the walls, trim, and ceilings) that will read like a pure, snow white? I don't want anything that reads yellow or gray (or any other color). Maybe I should just go with BM White (Darryl Carter's Bonifant White)? OR Decorator's White (or will that read gray)? Thanks!
