I had the good fortune to visit the Miele USA store in Dallas. I went there looking at the 24 inch wall ovens and was really impressed with the M-Touch dual fuel stoves. The only thing that caused me to hesitate were the sealed burners. I really liked the Blue Star open burners so, I left in a quandary. If I were going to buy a stove that expensive today, would I opt for the Miele with its unknown track record and sealed burners?

Who owns one of these new stoves? What do you like about it and what is not so good? Can you compare it to your experiences on other stoves?
