Need advice on exterior paint color
Comments (4)Wow, great advice Mrsshayne - maybe you can give me some help! I have to replace my roof so I can change up my colors a bit. I will be putting on a bronze soffit and fascia and adding a pool out back. I would like to use blues as my pool accent color so trying to incorporate a color scheme that would coordinate. But it seems every picture of every exterior home nowadays has white soffit/fascia. Any suggestions on changing up my drab brown house? I like the new greys that are out but I am a "warm" tone person? (Very conflicting, huh!?)...See MoreExterior Paint Color Advice Needed!
Comments (2)I like blues and greens, but beyond that I'm stuck on whether to get brown or beige framed windows, or white, and what pieces to paint to match or contrast. I've got no sense of design so I'm lost!...See More60s ranch exterior paint color; need advice!
Comments (0)My 60’s plain, wood-sided ranch with hip roof, new neutral driftwood shingles, needs new paint color. Spectacular setting NW Michigan, small lake/wetland/creek/meadows/forest, wildlife. I like warm, earth colors. Considering dark chocolate/expresso brown, no contrast trim except white doors could be duck egg blue? Also love warm deep green-blue-greyed, and mossy olive. Windows vinyl clad white slimline, will not paint. Garage door can be painted. New main door beautiful natural fir. Old red deck to be replaced with small stoop/steps/stone pathway to patio. It has been suggested to look at Farrow & Ball pigeon equivalents and a deeper trim. Not visible from road, very rural....See MoreWe are ready to paint our home exterior and I need some color advice!
Comments (3)The stone is not actual stone, it is likely a veneer. But, it is high quality with the look and feel of stone. Urban Puddy is very close to your inspiration photo. The trim would be done in Elephant Ear. Do you think those colors are simple enough? I am definitely looking for a more classic look....See MoreMrs. GLee
