WB has been around since 1910, I think. Excellent products. Only thing is, only plumbers can buy directly from WB. I bought my new kitchen faucet last April and my tub and shower kit, which just arrived on Thursday, from Matson's Plumbing online, so you can buy from a plumbing outfit on line. WB is REALLY well made, but it's not expensive. They skip the bells and whistles, which is one thing I really like about this company. If you do like one, and it fits, and you don't see it on matron's Web site, just contact Elizabeth at Matson's and she can get it for you. My Finale tub/shower kit wasn't there, but she got it for me. But you want to make sure they'll fit. Here's one of them, the Essence. There are also two under "Encore". I've not heard good reports about Herbeau following up on warranty claims, so maybe you got good information from them and maybe you didn't. I don't recognize the design right off, but if you wanted to replace the entire unit, I think Waterstone could easily supply you with a similar style. Too bad the sprayer may be at a terminal failure just due to an obsolete hose replacement connector.

Even if you found the tile dye lots cange and it would not match anyway so IMO just bite the bullet and replace it .
