Bathroom/closet layout help for my "musical chairs" ensuite

"BEDROOM A" is our "musical chairs" bedroom. For now, we'll use it as our master bedroom so we can be close to the kids' rooms. When the kids get older, it will become a guest room. If we have more children, it will become a child's room (and sometimes a guest room, when necessary).

I'd like help arranging a bathroom and closet. I'd prefer to enter the bathroom FIRST, so when it's a guest room, my guests don't have to walk past anything I've shoved in the closet. I'm thinking a toilet, single-bowl vanity, and tiled stall shower.

This is the "lower level" of an inverted living floorplan. Upstairs is a master bedroom, plus living/kitchen/etc. The reason the closet is so enormous is because it aligns with the upstairs, and with our terrain, it made more sense for this area to be basement than crawlspace.

(cross-posted on the building forum, not getting any bites over there!) :)
