Good customer service!

I recently bought two pieces from Room and Board -- they are end tables in my living room even though one of them is technically a nightstand. They were not inexpensive. When they arrived, it was a very sunny day and I noticed how the sun hit the front of the nightstand made it look faded in one area. As a few days passed, I realized it wasn't the sun -- the front part of the top of the nightstand was definitely oddly faded and dull looking. I took a few photos and emailed them to R&B customer service this morning. Within an hour, I received an email in response. They are delivering a new one within a couple of weeks. Don't you just love it when customer service doesn't include headaches? Yay, Room and Board!
