Does anyone have their cabinets painted Dorian Gray?
Comments (23)Thanks for all the advice. I considered the contrast level of Dorian Grey with the tile and countertops. In bright light when the materials are all on the same plane I was initially worried the DG would not provide the contrast I desired. However when I factored in the lighting (vanity lighting is the only light source in the room except the shower light- there are no windows in this bathroom) and then I also changed the plane of the paint chip to vertical....then I felt there was indeed enough contrast to the floor tile and the counter. The DG darkened up quite a bit on the vertical with vanity backlight. Here is a link that might be useful: here is the tile that ties it together...See MoreShow me your grey quartz; does anyone have LG Nimbus?

Comments (12)No, BD doesn't not remind me or anyone else who has seen the sample of it of Formica. i have a sample of Berwyn and it's too busy for my small kitchen. It's beautiful in the pics of it in large kitchens, common, I think of most of Cambria's collection (that is, until they started adding whites and veined quartzes.) If Berwyn looked like it does in my car or my garage (swirls of gray mostly), I'd love it, but in my house, a pink color emerges for reasons I just can't explain. I love BD and plan to go with it. It's a peaceful gray with enough movement to be interesting. I am in the process of investigating backsplash possibilities. Anyone have a good choice for that?...See MoreDoes anyone have Aurora Suede Quartz countertops in their kitchen?
Comments (8)I have a similar look in my kitchen, but my countertops are Silestone quartz, color: soapstone. Easy to clean with dishsoap and water too. I love them. No issues....See Moremarihoula
