Hi! I've recently taken a new fancy to these beauties! Would love to try my hand at growing them. Leaves would be great. I have vigna caracalla(corkscrew vine) cuttings, brugmansia cuttings, various other tropicals and garden plants. Take a look at my list. Thanks, Theresa

I have Tigridia seeds (Mexican Shell Flower) and would like Streptocarpus leaves (or seeds). Also looking for Cup of Gold Vine and Easter Lily Vine. Other Gesneriads are also welcome! Thanks, Andrea

Tita, you might run across a streptocarpus at a nursery like Swanson's or Molbak's...but I'd contact the Puget Sound Gesneriad Society to inquire about a local source: pugetsoundgesneriadsociety@gmail.com However, a specialty plant like that may require buying online. You could do a web search for vendors. Check out Logee's: http://www.logees.com/products.asp?dept=146 I'm somewhat familiar with Kartuz Nursery in SoCal...I just checked their site and it looks like they sell streptocarpus only in a "grab bag" manner - 3 of their choice for about $18 or $20, depending on whether they're named/unnamed cultivars: http://www.kartuz.com/c/1GES17/Streptocarpus.html Patrick

I have some African violets nothing much or special but I wanted to start growing something new. I can trade any of my African violet leaves for strep leaves or even seeds. Also looking for Kohleria or trailing African violets. What I have to trade: Little Witchita North Carolina II And one NOID I know it's nothing great just looking to expand some. Thanks!
