Possible rot of Haworthia attenuata?

Hi all!

It's my first post here and already an anxious one... So, I bought the Haworthia in local Ikea roughly a week ago and, since the soil was quite dry, I decided to water it until the water was coming out of the bottom of the pot. I let it drain and removed the rest of the water from the pot. The soil still seems a bit wet to the touch on surface and my Haworthia seems to have a few problems:

1. Yellowish tint on the bottom leaves - no idea what that could be

2. Tiny brown "scars" on some leaves

3. Brownish tint on the bottom of a couple of leaves and accompanying squishiness (not that much though) - this one worries me the most, as I imagine it could signify rot

Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's my second succulent (the first one - really nice cactus - rotted due to me over-watering it and thus I'm afraid I might have done it once again :( ).
