Quartz counters & Breton Technology - do you or don't you?

I've heard this term thrown around here a lot.

I learned today that the quartz I'm interested in is made in China. I immediately sighed.

My KD likes to deal with a particular marble/granite distributor. She used to use Cambria exclusively, but is not a fan of their installers. She has been really happy with this particular company - in that they are more precise with their measuring and fabricating than her Cambria company - but they don't carry Quartz that uses the Breton technology.

It appears, from my online searches, that Cambria uses this technology. Is there any other quartz out there that uses the Breton process?

If you have quartz that doesn't fall under the Breton category - are you happy with it?
