There's a reason that Microsoft put it in your junk folder, it's spam. Do NOT click on the link in the message. I also get similar ones from Gmail, Facebook, etc. claiming I've missed something...they're all spam.

Once a week or so I'll scan my Junk folder just to make sure nothing was put there by mistake then hit the "empty" button.
