Orange Tree nutrient deficiency?

Kottr (6a)

I come here after lurking for a while, seeking the knowledge and prowess of the elder citrus growers.. Haha

Quick little background on the orange...

No idea what kind it is, however I do know it's been around for over 10 years... Sat in a northwest corner of a room not in front of a window / no idea how it survived..

I took possession of it last fall, let it do its thing to adjust, and then chopped it down.

Didnt see a graft line of any sort and from what I was told it is seed grown.

Currently it sits under T5HO lights in a room that stays around 23-25 Celsius and resides in a potting mix containing 65% diamataceous earth, a bit of cactus soil, and a bit of perlite

It may be a bit premature to call any sort of deficiency, however it's about to go through a spurt of growth and want to remedy this early...

The leaves seem to have very deep green veins, and almost a pale green to yellow in the leaf.. I fertilize with 20-30-20

Thanks in advance!
