I wonder if anyone has noticed that not a single match has been made on this thread between a person with extra dirt and a person who needs it who are both close to each other. Not surprising. I suggest using your local Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc. or the matching sites linked in this thread.

You can sign up for a free account at www.photobucket.com. You would then need to download your pictures from your computer or camera into your photobucket account. From there you can cut and paste the tag line into your actual post and that will link to your pictures. They will show this way in your post. You should probably resize the pics if you do it this way to 75%. The show up pretty big otherwise. You can also create and entire album and use the Optional Link URL to link to the entire album. Photobucket is very easy to use. Old House wannabe and lurker, but looking forward to seeing your pics!

Hi - Thanks for your responses.. to try and answer some of the questions asked. - I did use a mildew resistant caulk. In fact, about 6 months ago - I even removed the caulk and re-caulked. It went mildew free for about 3 months and then it started appearing again in almost the same areas. - Chlorine bleach has not worked. I let it soak in for a while. I even tried using a Chlorox Bleach pen. Nothing works. The hand grenade is my next idea! Any other suggestions. I would have to think that there is some over the counter product that could work.
