I gave my sister one and gifted myself with one also. Haven't started yet but looking forward to it.

I bought one for my MIL; I hope it will help The Old Bat relax. Actually, I call her "The Old Cow." She laughs and thinks I'm being funny. I laugh and know I'm not! It works for us. She is welcome to call me The Old Heifer.

I am trying to decide which pens/pencils to send with it. Gel pens might be best! Thank you for that idea. Having to sharpen a pencil would send her down the rabbit hole of "There will be shavings everywhere," "Oh the mess," "Oh the bother." I can hear her now! She goes outside to comb her short hair because "I might get hair in the sink if I comb it at the mirror !" She insists everyone else go outside to comb/brush their hair, too! These are not new behaviors; she's always been beyond OCD.

She sent a newspaper clipping about "coloring books for adults." I took that to mean she might be interested. She likes puzzles, not necessarily putting them together; she sets one up on her puzzle table in the basement and adds a piece or two on occasion, mostly when she's doing laundry.

I did....my first. I had bought them for teen nieces, then received one in my stocking myself. But, it was left behind with a calendar at my brothers, was missed when packing things up the day after Christmas to come home. I told my SIL she didn't need to mail it, that I would get it next time I am there - and that won't be for three or 4 weeks.

My aunt gave me one with some pencils. I haven't used it yet. There are too many other things to do.

Yes! I had been wanting the colorama book as seen on TV. It comes with some coloring pencils attached. My sweet neighbor gave it to me as part of my Christmas package. She knows that I have been doing a lot of coloring and would like it. I really do I have done a few pages from it. The paper weight is very good and the perforations tear well.

I gave the Entangled coloring book and the gel pens in the metal case to my sisters in their Christmas bundle. They both seemed excited to try it. My sister said that her granddaughter who is in college has been doing it a lot. She has done some very good art staring at a young age. So my sister was excited to get it. My other sister has very shaky hands and said she probably would be all over the place but she too used to paint, I said it doesn't matter no one has to see them but it might surprise you and help you get better control of your hands. Both have arthritis, I told them how much it helps my hands be less stiff and painful. I can definitely tell when I stop coloring, and I have to work for a while to get them them feeling flexible.

DH gave me 3 books and pencils. I really don't have any interest, especially since the designs are so intricate.
