Comments (4)No, I don't think it's A. erinacea, Harry. Geoff's suggestion of A. humilis hybrid sounds right to me...Aloe 'Jaws'...which he (Palmbob) has pix of at Dave's Garden....See MoreAloe ID, please

Comments (6)Thanks, Jeff. I hope it's A. petricola. Nice blooms on that Aloe. Looks like a Rocket Pop. Rina, they do look similar. I think the leaves on yours are more compressed than on mine. The color on yours also seems more uniform, but that might just be sun exposure. Has it flowered since you've had it?...See MoreAloe ID please
Comments (9)No, I don't think it is A. rooikappie. The spines along the leaves don't look right. Here's mine - And a closer look at the leaves from a different angle - they are not as thick as those on your plant, either. And my A. dorotheae doesn't get the red spines like your plant has, but the leaf thickness and shape looks quite similar. When it gets red it is red all over. But the spines look similar. Curiouser and curiouser!...See Moreewwmayo
