Two fans in one bathroom

The specs of my bathroom require 190 cfm fan. However, I would like to use the Panasonic WhsiperWarm fan inside my shower which only comes in 110cfm. So I will need a second fan.

My question is how many cfm does the second fan have to be? Are they additive so if i have a second 80 cfm fan I'll be OK? Or will I still need that second fan to be 190 cfm? Or is there some calculation used for a situation like this that might put me somewhere in the middle, like a second 110 cfm fan?

I've been on GW long enough to know that some people just can't seem to answer the question without asking why and needing the back story. So for those people the reason for two fans is because I have a large shower (432 cubic feet) which could be chilly during the cold months. I've read that putting a WhisperWarm fan in the shower and running it before showering can combat that by warming up the air for you. However, that fan only comes in 110 cfm so I need to supplement it with a second fan.
