Hi everyone, I am just getting into making these lovely 'flowers' I started to use the new gorilla SUPER glue for the spoon in the back. It is so strong that after 24 hours you can bend the spoon and that glue will not budge. What are you using for embellishments on your plates? Since I live in Connecticut I will bring them in when the frost hits, until then I am enjoying my new found addiction LOL

Thanks all! To clarify, the plates are all glass. I got the plain blue ones at Dollar Tree for a buck apiece, the rest of the clear glass items I got at Goodwill. I used the glass paint on the clear glass items to give them some contrasting color to the cobalt blue back plates. Feel free to post your glass plate creations so we can all be inspired!

Great job! I especially like the black and white checked flowers...they look very happy! Sorry to hear about your broken wrist, but glad it's better.

The only thing I've had work is to take a knife, putty knife, or pie server and start working around the edges until it will come off. If it hasn't been set for a long time, it will probably come off easier. Good luck!
