WILD GRASS ID NEEDED PLEASE

samhain10 - 5a

This is a clump-forming grass that I've occasionally noticed here on our rural Michigan Zone 5a property. I haven't got a photo of a fruited stalk, and can't say that I even remember seeing it with seed heads. However, I like the look of the leaves, and might incorporate it in a garden scene, so would like to know what it is, before I hazard introducing it into the garden. Some sort of carex, maybe? Anyone have a clue?
