Silgranit Sink Color for Ceasarstone Nougat Counters?

I think I'm finally at peace with my decision on counters: Ceasarstone's "nougat."

Cabinets will be Ikea's bodbyn gray.

I've got a possible stainless steel sink picked out, but we're also thinking about Blanco's Silgranit sinks. I'm wondering if others who agonized over color matching with these sinks and have seen these sinks in person have a recommendation on color. I'm trying to figure out if I can warm up to white or metallic gray. I'm not sure if cinder is a possibility; it looks lighter and darker in different pictures. I'm also wondering if I am on ice that is too thin to introduce an additional, competing shade of gray or white into a kitchen that will already have an off-white counter, a gray cabinet, SS appliances, and white subway tile.

At present, Blanco doesn't have samples of either gray available to order, so I'm running off of photos. I also haven't seen a Blanco sink, but I've seen Franke sinks at Lowes in black, and whatever line Home Depot carries (which are also black).
