511 - Sealing granite, porcelain tile, grout, and other surfaces

I've been researching sealers for our new house. We close in about a week (YAY!!!) and one of the first things I want to do is to seal the granite and grout.

I came across the 511 brand, the versions Impregnator and the Porous Plus. On their website, it says that I could use it not only on granite and grout, but also on porcelain tile. I feel like this would be a good idea, since going over the entire area seems less tedious than following grout lines, trying not to touch the tile too much. But I'm afraid of ruining the whole thing. I've never done this before.

Does anybody have experience with using this sealant on porcelain tile? How about on the white bathroom sink (I'm thinking it's porcelain)? Cultured marble? Grouted glass tiles on backsplash? Mosaic tile mix of stone and glass?
