I like the 4 tables they can be moved when you have a party and that space needs a large table so they work nicely > IMO the layout of the space is a bit odd since the seats facing the TV do not look comfy for TV watching but maybe the TV is not important to you.

We have about the same size area and took out the coffee table. Too much furniture to walk around, we have smaller side tables for all seating except the middle of the sofa. We do have a nice ottoman and put a tray on it when necessary for drinks or serving. Kept the area inviting and open.

If you have the space on your tv wall - for a long, low console - it would be good. You can set tv on console or mount on the wall. You could also mount the tv with an articulating arm, if that would be helpful in your space. Can’t see your dining table, but I think black might be a good option, given the feel of the space in genera and nesting tables are always a good choice with a sectional. Just as an aside: I’d wouldn’t paint the wall in dining room and instead add large art and consider a natural fibre rug to keep the living room feeling modern, casual and light.
