It would be helpful to know generally where you live (growing zone if you know that) and when you picked the leaves. Also, even better would be if you could post a photo of the whole plant if you have it growing near you. Besides honeysuckle, it resembles lilac stems in spring to me.

It looks good to me, but has 'sunk' in its pot. I would re-pot it and add more planting mix so that the new growth is at the top of the pot. I think it is a type of sedum, but I don't know which. You can cut off the dangly ones and replant those if you like.
