Can you soak it in water to rehydrate fro a better pic?

Looks a bit Sonchus like, Asteraceae anyway. As requested, please can you rehydrate and show it again? Also can you give more information. eg is this supposedly an edible plant? A weed? Was it dried deliberately for tea or herbal use?

ok, i will rehydrate for better picture and post it here again.

All i know is it is dried for tea, local people drink its tea for curing some (people say all) cancer types and it's really working. There are people i know who drink this tea (1Lt/day for 30 days or so...) and get rid of cancer cells completely.

I got this weed from an old person from Akhisar (Turkey) region and he is not saying where he get it from :)

I'm trying to identify it to make research about it. Thanks for the opinions.

See if Epizote (Dysphania ambrosioides) works. Here's a link that describes some of its medicinal uses.
