I have no input what so ever on an issue like that. As far as that goes, all I can do is pass the information on to someone who would have. If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at the address listed below. However, my comment was directed to the overall design of the pot that you sell - it's not designed well at all in terms of plant selection. The way it's put together is a sure sign that it will not live as long as it should. Just my two pfennigs' worth. Whoever put this collection together or arranged for it to happen should have to clean Opuntias for hours. ____________________________________________________________...See Moresome pictures from my small Sansevieria collection
Comments (8)I wish I had had the room to keep my collection in that condition. I can't lift them now, they are all mature. They weigh more then I do. I should put 3 growths in a gal. pot so they would look like that and toss out all old growth. It would take me a year to do that, and I don't have the room. I would need a new green house. I just love your collection what is the big grey one in the middle of one picture. I notice that you indicate that 'Boncel' is a hybrid, I thougt so, it doesn't have a Latin name. Thank you for posting the pictures I really enjoyed seeing such a lovely collection. Norma...See MoreHow do you arrange & display succulent collection?
Comments (43)Harry Nice photo - different angle, great to see your garden from different angle. Your plant shed is so orderly:) And another beautiful blue pot... May I ask what are those 2 'sticks' visible in second photo (just to the left&behind the blue pot): first I thought they are ropes of the swing - but do not see a swing?...See MoreHelp ID The Mystery Succulents in my Collection?
Comments (10)garrett222 - Thank you for the IDs! I had no idea that #8 was a Gasteraloe. I thought for sure it was some type of Haworthia. I am off to research 'Theo'... hoovb - Did you mean to refer to #5 as a form of E. agavoides and #6 as regular E. agavoides? I think #5 is a Graptoveria 'Debbie'. Thank you! I was looking in the wrong direction and searching only Echeverias for that one. Imontestella - Don't worry! It was very dry when I got it and I replanted it right away. It has been a few weeks now. It is in a pot with a drainage hole but the soil is only MG Cactus, Palm and Citrus. I don't know if the pot is the correct depth or size because I've been trying to figure out the species. I have a gritty mix I bought from Bonsai Jack but I am trying to use it sparingly on the more fickle plants...it ain't cheap! I originally thought it was a type of Haworthia and I read somewhere that they are more adaptable to MG soil and dormant in the summer so watering should be cut down. That is how I have been treating it so far. I've been keeping it with my Haworthia attenuata and out of direct sunlight. There is so much conflicting information out there...although, on this forum I always get spot on advice. Very thankful to you all! :)...See Moreewwmayo
