Thanks Busybme. I was just thinking the same thing today after doing some remeasuring, that I could fit a 3 light bar fixture in the space I have. Here is a pic of the Duchess 3 light fixture but I turned it upside down for the downlight effect. Only issue I see reversing the light is needing more room above the arched mirror since the lamp shades will be running into the mirror top. I am leaning toward the first mirror too, but I haven't been able to actually see one in person yet to verify the finish color. I would have to order online and hope it will work. Still thinking about the mirror type and finish that would look best. I think the second mirror choice would be "safe" but I am feeling the urge to get a little more dramatic than that! Thanks everyone for the good comments. I have posted this on the decorating board and am getting suggestions there too. Gsciencechick I am going to check out that Moen faucet. I also found a Delta faucet yesterday that looks like it would work too. Only problem I am having is that my current TP holder is the recessed type built into the drywall. I am having a hard time finding one of those in a nice antique bronze type finish. I have seen one in ORB but it looks almost black and I really prefer the more brownish rustic bronze look for the faucet and other bath accessories. I may have to have the drywall patched and just go with a standard TP holder which can be found in more finish choices.

At least you have a window in yours. Ours, and so many, offer no natural light. We updated our Powder Room a couple years ago. It's approximately 4' x 6' so roughly the same as yours. Replaced a pedistal sink to get some storage, new water closet, mirror and lighting. Kept the floor, that's all. We elected to have bold color compared to the rest of our home so it could be a retreat for guests. We like it and visitors always comment. Photos are linked below showing before and after. Hi all! Thanks for all of your suggestions. The laundry chute is non functional as the previous owners inadvertently blocked part of the opening in the basement when they had it finished. I'm thinking about skipping the shelves and putting a towel bar and then some artwork hanging on the wall above it. @boxerpal The color is SW Grape Mist. I really like how it turned out!

I love people who throw out random opinions using words like out-dated, passe, etc. Two great grays for south light are B.M. Stonington Gray and Gray Owl and a beauty, if you would go darker: Gull Wing Gray. Only because you have a beautiful up-to-date cherry vanity, I thought I would throw a color in the ring…B.M. Carolina Gull. It is one of my new favorites. It is a knock out with south light.
