I'm tired of the "south Florida Flamingo pink" lol and am looking to update to a more "modern-ish" color scheme while keeping the house feel of "beachy/Bahamas" feel. Having difficulty matching with the peach tile roof! TIA for your help! Below is a better picture with the roof recently cleaned.... Oh and we love teal as maybe a door or shutter or some sort of accent color....

SW eider white? if you look on SW site and click details of each color you can find lrv. Each color has a list of similar colors so you may find some that look like what you are thinking around the lrv that you want by looking there if you havent already done that. We have classic gray, white trim and lots of natural light so not too dark in our space. You can also have the paint store mix a paint at 75%, 50% strength etc if you didnt know that. So if you find a color you like but seems just a bit too dark you could try that. Just an idea

I love this color for a neutral I cut it 25% for a nice soft hint of color that works so much better than beige iny of its shades This color will lok awesome with the red

Maybe a medium gray tone pulled from the brick - it would work well with the brick and the siding. I generally don't like to see a garage door painted a dark color, because that pulls attention to it, instead of the front porch. I prefer it to blend with the siding, or be a light complimentary color along with the rest of the trim. Tell your friend about the color visualizers available on all of the major paint manufacturers' websites, where she can upload a good full photo of the house and try out different colors on the trim.
