a good mop for tile floors?

Can someone recommend a good mop for tile floors. I'm not too price sensitive, but I want something that will clean well.

Are the disposable ones like Swiffer any good?

The thing that would bother me about Swiffer are the chemicals that are used it in. Is there a "green" alternative?

Finally, I came across this during my search:

With such a mop, how to you remove excess water as you pull the mop head out of the bucket? There doesn't seem to be anything that could be used to squeeze the mop head.

Previously I have always lived in tiny carpeted apartments, so I always just cleaned the tiny vinyl areas (bath & kitchen) by hand. But now I have large expanses of tile that need to be cleaned.

Any insights would be much appreciated. If you have a favorite mop I would like to know about it.
