Why yes, I does :). I have a black coffee table with a lot of brown in the room. Leather couch/chairs and wooden tables and miscellaneous pieces like the tv shelf. My table is from Thomasville. Actually, it looks better if the flooring and the furniture do NOT match. They should go well together, but NOT match. Also, while the end tables could/should match, the end tables should not match the coffee table.

I think the one you’re asking about might be too small? I can’t tell. These styles below would look nice in there and are a similar color to your floors. They’d also look fine with the furniture in the other room. Your rug is a nice buffer between everything, so I wouldn’t worry about the wood tones much.
