Need help with Logan Lab test results

Hello Morpheus and all,

Here's another request for help interpreting the numbers from a Logan Lab soil test. The lawn in question is in south central Indiana. The grass is pretty thin i places and from all the holes being dug by squirrels in one section close to the house, I'm suspecting some grubs are in one area. There is a large 60-year-old oak tree in the middle. It is so tall that it casts mostly only a light shade during parts of the day; otherwise the lawn gets a lot of sun. It is mostly flat and the dry spell stresses the lawn . Previously the lawn has been cared for with the following regimen: Scott Weed 'n Feed in spring, and liming in fall, with occasional core aeration. Not many weeds, but not very thick lawn either. Deer graze daily in the yard and neighborhood--lots of deer droppings and acorns right now. Moss in shady areas. It's been extremely dry for the past 2 months. Any advice you can give would be very appreciated. Thank you! -- Nancy (hope I correctly uploaded the soil test results)
