A lot of the experienced folks on here have explained that it's impossible to determine variety from looking at fruit. I would imagine that goes double for photos that look like they've been Photoshopped. Maybe you could contact Village Farms and ask? If they won't say, there are a bunch that look similar. To me, those look a little like brown berry. No way to tell if they actually are, though. Could be that they're just rebranding or that they are growing their own selection or something? At any rate, I'm betting you'd have to grow in a greenhouse to get tomatoes that look anything close to that. There's a good thread about black/brown cherries on tomatoville that you might find helpful. I love reading on that forum.

Daniel, could this be the "brand name" and not a variety? I see that Harvest House is a produce company, not a seed company. Tatiana's website has brown berry listed as originally from a Dutch company (listed as "Sanin Seeds" on her website but which I think is supposed to be "Sahin").

It's hard for people like me new to the tomato game to know what is a "brand" and what is a variety.

The varieties are "Cabernet Estate Reserve" and "Cherry No. 9". If anybody has bought them, please let us know if they really taste "Heavenly"........

Like Linda said the names on on the pics and yes, those are the variety names. They are new hybrid releases, still under patent, from Village Farms, a commercial greenhouse grower. Seeds are not available for either and likely will not be for several years.

If cascading cluster cherries are what you want to grow then many varieties are available. Reds include Sweet 100, Sweet Million, Rapunzel, Gardener's Delight just to name a few. Golden Gem, Isis Candy, Sun Sugar are yellows.

PS: and I agree with gorbelly that the pics have been photo shopped at the very least since cascading clusters don't ripen all at once as shown in the pics.
