Seeds sprouting already - natural sun vs artificial light?

Hey everyone,

I need your experience here. I am sure it has been asked before, I just could not find it myself.

So my basil seeds started sprouting, and everywhere I read it says 1. Remove the cover 2. Get into the light

My dilema is if I should move them outside into the sun or actually try building something with the lights.

I live in Canaries, and currently the avg max day temperature is 28-30c (82-86F) and we have always clear skies. The current duration of the daylight is ~12.5 hours.

My fear is that it can be too hot for the newly sprouted seedlings. Maybe I should still put them outside but into the shade? Would artificial lights indoor work better?

p.s. The temperature inside is a little bit less (~27c/80F) but not much..
